Thank you for choosing Stonehaus Jewellery! Each piece of jewellery is handmade with love and care, and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please take a moment to review policies below before purchasing:

 

All Sales are Final

All sales are final.  Each piece is individually handcrafted by me, and due to the nature of handmade items returns are not accepted. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once a package has shipped, I have no control over how it is delivered & I do not provide refunds for lost or stolen items. If an order arrives damaged, please email stonehausjewellery@gmail.com
